| The Stripix System was developed to overcome the lumber tearing and striping problems that all treaters are faced with, as well as to accomplish more aesthetic appearance value. The higher the incising density requirement, the more important the Stripix System becomes. The Stripix System is an anti lumber tear and self cleaning feature (patent pending) which allows for one pass incising to meet all high density requirements, while maintaining uniformity of depth and pattern. Normal incising will cause loss of structural integrity. Striping and tearing out large portions of the lumber greatly increases this loss. Therefore, by eliminating tearing through the use of the Stripix System, we are able to greatly enhance the structural integrity of the lumber. |
